The River Community Food Share is a service that provides free food to families and individuals within the community who are in need and/or suffering hardship. No person refused. All food is provided by generous businesses in Albury and through the Wodonga Food Network.

Can I get help?

If you are in hardship due to unforeseen circumstances, such as, unexpected bills, higher than usual utility costs, loss of job or loss of income you can come into the church office between the hours of 12.00 midday and 2.30pm and request a food parcel.

What do I get?

Depending on what is available and the number of people in your family, (singles can receive a food parcel also) you will be provided with fresh fruit and vegetables, cereal, bread, milk or other dairy products and dry and tin packaged foods as is available. Frozen foods are also available as well as some preprepared meals.

We do not deliver, so you will have to arrange transport to our premises at 524 David Street to coincide with the opening time.
